Would a dr give growth hormone shots to a 21yr old?

Got this person I know. Says her Dr Put her on Growth Hormones to help her get taller. Shes 21 going to be 22. I was told that you stop growing as a female right around age 18-19. And that once ur stopped theres nothing that can make u get taller. So my question is would a dr give a almost 22 year old Growth shots or is this person fibbing?

this person is almost certain talking a lot of poo, you can get ‘growth hormones’ but unless the doctor wants to get struck off he wouldn’t be giving them to make someone taller.
