Whats the deal with the growth hormone that they put in cows to make them produce more milk is it bad?
my dad stopped buying milk with that growth hormone because he said that their were causes that people got mentally sick from that milk. He also said that milk without the hormone wont make me grow as much as milk with it. And I want to grow, i’m 14

The hormone is not natural therefore it can be harmful.
