What's better? taking direct injections of HGH? or taking oral HGH releasers?
i’ve been taking the oral releasers for about 2 years, and it’s been really great. i feel just like i did when i was in my 20’s, i never get sick anymore, and even my hair is growing back, but i wonder whether the direct injections is better, since that’s what the pros seem to prefer. i mean, i would think they’d have access to much better resources and information than i do.

Oral HGH doesn’t work. You have to directly inject it for it to work.
