Here is one answer from Y!A from three years ago. It still applies today. Do a search for HGH side effects and read. The folks who sell this stuff will tell you it is relatively harmless. Don’t believe it. It can grow tumors on your pituitary gland which will then keep sending out more and more of the HGH even after you have stopped taking it. I regret to tell you there is no fast way to build your body in any way. This "work around" is a bad route to take. Did you ever see the video of the body builder who took a bit too much and his muscles exploded?
