What can I eat after exercise that won't lower the level of growth hormone?
I know you should wait a while with eating after exercise but I always feel very hungry after football training. Is there something I can do to get rid of my hunger or is there something I can eat without it lowering the growth hormone in my body.

i think your referring to the intake of carbs post workout to replenish glycogen and kick start anabolism and GH is inhibited by insulin release well i would not worry about that as there are many ways to naturally induce GH + the biggest release is while sleeping IF no carbs are consumed a few hours before…
There is no science to support that. In fact there is a 40 minute window just after exercise in which protein absorption is at its highest, which is why a lot of people drink protein shakes after they are done.
you could eat some type of protein meal bar that would give you nutrients, the protein to recover and build muscle.
you should not eat anything 10 to 15 min makes your body muscles relax . after that you can have liqueds like juice , normal water. after than take vegetables . and less non veg.
