I was gonna do this workout, then the music made me want to go to a rave instead. Flashing lights rock.
Another intersting workout concept is to do 2 heavy compound movement exercises and then 2 isolation exercises immediately after with no rest. (repeat)
since isolation movements dont stimulate much hormone production, they can really benefit from the hormone spike created by the compound sets just before.
someone looking to build muscles especially like forearms, traps, calves etc. would benefit from this.
