I am 5" and 18 years old male and soon turning 19 in april and i weigh about 147 with 15-18 percent body fat( fat callipers said i was 12-15 but my kin professor said there inaccurate and add 3), i was wondering if i should ask my doctor to prescribe them to me because i think im pretty short and way below average for my height compared to my weight and age.

Hello everyone, Im 19 years old and only 5′5. I remember being shorter my whole life, not that much though. Now im kinda scared because my friends, cousins, brothers all stand around 5"8 to 6"1. It sucks. Lol. I dont ever remember having any major growth spurts, and I believe males grow until the age of 23 or 24…something like that. I was wondering if anyone knew if HGH would help me put on the desired couple of inches I need.

P.S.
I am physically in shape, cut, and sleep ALWAYS at least 8 hours a night. Excercise daily, 64 0z of water a day…so im pretty healthy…just not tall. Lol.

I am 19, 6′2", and 157 lbs. I am physically fit. Probably at my peak. I am cut and all, but i cant build. I dont want to be huge, but i want to put on more weight, do want to build muscle mass and have tried all natural ways. Ive eaten healthy, lots of protein, cut out all the soda crap and snacks, run miles a day and work out, even tried protein shakes and all that. i just cant get passed my current weight or mass size. Do you think i would be wasting my time if i consulted my doctor to try and get hgh, or should i look into hgh supplements? and what are the most efficient and scam free ones out there? i dont want to take pills, but injectable ones. help please
i do eat… TONS! like no lie. i burn it so fast and easily. like i cant explain how much calorie and protein intake i have. i did my BMI and i was a 20.1, they say anything under 20 is underweight so im right there.

I am a 19 year old male and my height is 5′7". From my understanding of today’s biology lecture, I think that as long as your epiphyseal plate hasn’t fused HGH will work to increase your height. The question then would be if my plates haven’t closed yet, could I gain some height with HGH supplements? If this is possible please suggest a good brand to research.

Hey, I’m a 17 year old asian guy who’s 6′ tall. My ideal height is 6′4", but I’m not certain whether I can reach that height…according to my doctor, I’ve got an inch or two left in regular growth. She said that guys don’t stop growing till 21, or when they start shaving the facial hair on their cheeks. My cheeks are still smooth, so I guess my growth plates are still open, though I’d need a test to confirm that. Does such a stimulator really exist? I asked my doctor about it, and she discouraged any form of human growth hormone, whether directly taken or indirectly through a stimulator. But then again, she’s an old school sort of doctor – what she knows is rock solid, but she won’t really touch the newer stuff. If she’s right, apparently it’s just not in my asian genes to get to 6′4" without some sort of enhancer, and that foriegn human growth hormone – whether directly taken or indirectly with a stimulator – always has some sort of possible negative side effects (like overgrowth of your bones). I read that such side effects definitely do exist with taking human growth hormone directly, but I also read that no negative side effects exist with stimulators. I got injected with the human growth hormone and I was previously 5′6" but i suddenly spiked up to 5′9" in 3 months and my body got freakin ripped. Could that have some bad effects?

About 2 years ago I went through the hardest time in my life psychologically. I had a teacher in the weightroom reveal some pretty private information about me. The reason why it was the weight room, this is also a football issue. Anyways this is confidential information in my school records. It was very difficult to find an attorney that practices in Education Law but I found a good one. OK now Im also going to tell you, believe it or not, the teacher/former head coach would inject football players with this stuff that made them taller. One of the guys, who I’ll be accusing, was in the weightroom, CAME OUT WITH A NASTY side effect! If he is standing in front of you you won’t notice anything, if he’s 20 feet away with a normal person you notice it it scared the heck out of me. I remember thinking about it at night one time and I had to turn on the light I was so scared. He does this to his football players hoping they will make it to the NFL but they don’t! After this incident I stopped going to school and failed my classes. I also didn’t attend the following year, first couple of weeks because I was so out of it, I was sent to a mental behavioral hospital. Its so STUPID. I failed one year all because of this and never received an apologee. The school psychologist was the person that had a big mouth and started this by talking to the coach/teacher about me because I trusted her and told her everything I would go through. I was under 18 but don’t know the statute of limitations regarding issues like this but the attorney wanted more details and set up a meeting me and him one on one. Should I tell him about the HUMAN GROWTH HORMONe injections and the scary looking guy I saw? This guy was in the cafeteria and on the other side of the table was a normal guy and the HGH guy got really red and started pounding on the table really pissed and yelling stuff like "I f$$$cken hate this guy so much, I FEEL LIKE GOING Over there and kicking his A$$! So indeed I told my doctor what I saw and said that HGH has a lot of sideeffects and some of those you gotta deal with them for the rest of your life. Also school staff was acting like nothing happened, simply ignored the HGH issue.
