is this is a normal count for my age?

What can i do to trigger human growth hormone in my body???

I need to grow an inch and I have made myself a plan after months of extensive research.
I will do weekly yoga (stretches the spine) as well as daily lengthening stretches in the morning and at night. I will have monthly massage-therapy sessions to straighten my posture. I will run/work out daily as well as swimming laps/pool stretches 2-3 times a week to improve posture and encourage muscle growth. I am on a good diet of lots of protein, water, herbs and grains. I will be taking a HGH STIMULATOR (not HGH injections or anything – this simply stimulates the pituitary gland to produce HGH-human growth hormone) as well as a daily multivitamin. I will also try biking.
I will measure myself every 2 weeks to see if I find change. I am just trying to get to my full height with the lengthening stretches and massaging/yoga/swimming/working out, but I want to gain extra growth from the supplements.
Do you think I will grow?

im a 17 y/o girl.

I am a 19 years old boy.
I am better in eating habits than some of my friends.
Still find that their body is longer than mine in regards like their height, face length and width, finger’s length.
I wonder the reason, still think that it is just due to growth hormone (GH) secretion difference within the body.
I am now thinking forward to consult a doctor.
I need more growth especially for my face, in length.
But before that, need your view, is it right to ask a doctor for the GH.
Is it safe to take external dose of GH?
I don’t want to make my fun in front of doctor so asking u.

Although I got and liked your answer, but just want to add something, to guide others, after searching at the same topic here.
Human Growth Hormone, if taken externally, reduces the amount of naturally producing HGH.
So the body becomes dependent on the external dose.
In order to meet the body requirement of hormone, one may have to be dependent on the external dose for whole of the life and hence keep expending over it.
So the best idea is to take a diet rich in proteins and dairy products which help in building proper and natural GH.

I am 18 years old and I am about to head off to wrestling school in a little while. I am about 6 ft 1 or 6 ft 2 and i weigh about 250. I want to be in the wwe some day but I want a spot on the line up for sure. I am willing to decrease my lifespan by 40 years or so if i need to. Drugs dont bother me either(just in case you know something good that other athletes have taken).I know this might sound bad and i have considered all the moral issues and have looked past them. I got injected with the human growth hormone and I was previously 5′6" but i suddenly spiked up to 5′9" in 3 months and my body got freakin ripped. Could that have some bad effects?

Recently I’ve been feeling really miserable about my height. I’m 5"0 at 15.
I’m Indian so that’s not THAT short I guess, but I just wish I was like 5"4-5"5. I think that 5"4-5"5 would be perfect because your not attempting to tower over the guys but you’re also not very short.
