Natural ways to increase testerone?

No jokes, steroids…. Please. And I’m already a weight trainer so don’t tell me to weight train.
I started taking "Chelated Zinc" today and each pill contains 30mg of Zinc plus the standard anti-caking agents, bulking agents etc….
I head magnesium also can be metabolized into testosterone as well….

Any answers? (remember natural, no injections or human growth hormones)

well i’m not sure what you consider ‘natural’ since steroids are technically natural. But ergopharm makes 6-oxo extreme which seems to work very well. it contains zinc also. And actually, 30mg of zinc is probably too much to be taking. I was taking near that and overdosed on it. turns out it can interfere with the bodies ability to absorb iron. and without your body using iron efficiently your blood can have a hard time clotting. couldnt figure out why i kept getting nose bleeds. honestly, better than supplementing zinc is just to eat 2 cups of spinach a day. Will raise your testosterone better than a pill and contains enough zinc and many other beneficial micronutrients.
i have never heard of magnesium being ‘metabolized into testosterone’ and that actually doesnt make alot of sense being that testosterone is produced by glands and is not a metabolite, but still it may have beneficial effects. ZMA also contains a form of magnesium and ZMA has been shown to increase testosterone (this is also contained in 6-oxo extreme (but not standard 6-oxo))

i’m not sure exactly what your goals are, but perhaps more than just raising testosterone you might want to look into lowering cortisol as well

hope some of this hit on what you were looking for.
