im surprised you haven’t dabbled in crossfit cintron?
please do a vid about online markting bro
Something to think about and research further:
Don’t get too caught up in the “lots of protein” myth that permeates the muscle building world. I’ve watched it come and go over the years, along with high carb, high fat recommendations. An athlete can only build about 5-10 pounds of lean muscle mass per year, and that equates to a miniscule amount of extra protein per day for that growth. I think you know the problems that can arise from too much protein in the diet.
Best to you
Brandon, are your eggs 100% grass fed strictly? I’ve been learning that it is hard for farmers to be 100% grass fed. They need their animals to be supplemented with some grains and soy. Is your raw butter 100%? Could you talk about this maybe in one of your vids? Many farmers have told me if they went 100% their chickens wouldnt produce any eggs etc.
Yeah, you should do a video on real estate investing.
what is maxing out on reps? I’ve tried looking up on youtube but no one explains it…
@Rawperuana
Working with enough weight that your last rep is all that you are capable of.
Water fasting = anti-aging fosho!
@Rawperuana repping the weight until your form is horrible and you cant do it anymore
@Rawperuana not true, but my farmer has them out on the pasture eating from grass, but when its too cold he feed them soaked sprouted organic grains, so its not gmo grains, and youll know if your butter is quality because the only ingredient should be cream and it will smell like cheese and be the color of cheese, organic valley is great
@faragecarter i have in my earlier days of bodybuilding
@TheHonlee dont know about that program, youll have to let me know how it works for ya
@SecretsOfLongevity thanks man, that joe defranco program helped a lot, & got my body used to heavier weight & what happens is then you get more confident and less scared to add on more weight, but stongliftsdotcom 5×5 takes it to another level &makes you add 5lbs per week to your exercises, but you have to start with half of what youre used to &work your way up, then i guess your body gets used to it, pretty interesting stuff, reg park orginated the program, arnolds mentor
Brandon please do videos on real estate and online marketing. I’m really interested in making money from home. Just got of high school and don’t know what I want to major in yet. Thanks bro!
@faragecarter have you, im really interested?
following a similar program to 5×5! Would you make a video about surplus real estate funds, i looked at the program you offer and it looks legit but i’d like more proof of your experience with it.
@cintronbrandon Sounds cool I’ll check it out!
@speckRECORDS isnt that like “lifting to failure”? I do that on all my last reps on each set. I give it 100% till I can’t lift more and I start risking my form.
@cintronbrandon isn’t that like “lifting till failure”??? I’ve been lifting to failure on EACH set. My last rep of each set I go 100% till I can’t do another rep. So that’s maxing out? *sigh* so confused..Okay so I’m on the bench press, I start my FIRST set of 5 reps, so I go 1, 2, 3, 4, and on the 5th rep I go to failure or not?
@Rawperuana correct
You’re right about potato. It’s a strange one indeed as all GI lists would list it very highly as a high glycemic food even worse than grains but yet when you eat a jacket potato it produces none of the negative side effects you get from grains like acne, increased hunger a few mins later, or even unnecessary weight gain. Just 1 jacket potato and dab of coconut butter can keep me going for 5 hrs or serve as a fully satisfying dinner meal. I don’t know where potato got the bad press from.
I eliminated potato completely for yrs thinking it was bad for weight as all the diet books said but recently discovered it works ok for me, keeps me full for long, satisfies carb cravings, no bloating, no acne, no weight gain (as you really can’t eat too much of it), unlike the other carbs. IMO Potato or Yam is the best choice if you have to have some high carbs. As long as you don’t fry them in oil these are harmless carbs that may actually help in weight loss (by keeping calories down).
@TheHonlee ill be doing that program after march 20th. it looks legit, i have the book 24 hour body
Yes please elaborate on making money!
