what type should i buy for growth hormones to increase? to get taller. im 5′9 i want to be 6′0+ im 16 y/o. and my doctors told me im done growing.

    Perhaps you can find some useful information in a web search for "amino acids to grow taller".

    If your growth plates are already closed, and this can be determined with a bone X-ray, then no further growth is possible.

    Eek, sorry there, I know this isn’t the answer you want to hear! If your doctor said you’re done growing, then he/she is most likely correct. They can tell by examining various expansion plates/joints throughout your body and in your legs. Growth hormones are very "sketchy" to say the least, and at your age, are more likely to stun your growth in other ways, or alter/harm organ development. Keep in mind, amino acids are simply the building blocks of proteins. There are 20 of them, and your body breaks down/separates them as needed from the foods you eat every day. Taking any extra supplements of just one or two, would be a waste of time or money, as your body will filter them out as unneeded waste. So growth hormones, don’t go there, unless you have a medical professional that agrees they are a viable option. Even then, be careful. Most growth supplements are scams aimed toward weak minded folk that want too badly to alter their appearance. Just relax, and let your body do it’s thing. Eat right, get exercise, and do all that hokey crap they teach you about in health class. When you’re done developing (when you’re 20+), THEN and only then, consider other options. Sorry, but it’s the most scientifically accurate information I can answer with. Learn to love who you are, and accept yourself for what you’re becoming. It’s the only body you’ll get, and it’s not worth screwing it up with wacky hormone experiments.
