How safe are bodybuilding supplements such as creatine, whey etc?
Yes, I know supplements are nothing like steroids or growth hormones and are simply concentrates of elements found in various healthy foods but could the fact that they are in concentrated form have a damaging effect on the body in the long term, if you took them everyday?

I think they are fine as long as you take the recommended dose and nothing more. They wouldn’t be sold over the counter in all major stores if they weren’t safe.
