How can I increase human growth hormone in my body, naturally, without any injections or prescriptions?

I am a young female who would like to increase her height a bit more before puberty is over. Is there a certain way to increase HGH? Are there specific sports or a specific diet, how many hours of sleep? I rather not spend thousands of dollars for injections and have to suffer with side effects.     There are some GHR (Growth Hormone Releaser) products on the market…. but you should NOT take any of them if you aren’t 18 because you can have a LOT of negative side effects from it… it’s just not safe if you aren’t done growing.
