How Can I Grow Taller As A Vegetarian?
I know you have to do exercises, but that only improves your posture to make you look taller and i already do those, i know you need to eat foods and drink things high in hgh [ human growth hormone ] but from some websites i have seen, you should drink milk… the problem? i hate milk. its difficult for me to drink milk because i don’t like the taste at all, ive tried drinking it but i couldn’t even get myself to swallow it. even chocolate milk. . Other Websites I have seen it tells a random story about some guy and then at the bottom after you finally read forever, it says you can only see the recipe if you buy the dvd or book, im not going to spend my money on that -.- . One more thing i found is to eat things high in protein. I Don’t Eat Meat!!!!! i eat tofu but not usually, i could try protein pills but im not sure.
I really need something a recipe or anything [ not exercises ] that increase my height.
i am average height but im not happy with it because im afraid i wont be able to get the job i wanted later in life [ im 16 almost 17 & im worried about it when i go to college which will be very soon ]

-gelatin [ gelatin can be found in: marsh mellows,pop tarts,gummy bears,gummy worms, ect.

If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me :
1. Eat lots of Broccoli.
2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day.
3. Regular Swimming helps.
4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily.

6. Use an inversion table for 20- 30 minutes every day.
Follow the tips above and you’ll grow a few inches taller regardless of your age.
most about height is genetic. Even if your parents are tall, genes can predate history, so good luck.
Height is mostly determined by genetics but if you eat healthy you should grow more I think. I would stick to the healthiest foods and make sure to eat enough so your body has energy all the time and you aren’t living off your reserves.
They say coffee and smoking stunts your growth. I dunno about it but you might as well avoid it to be safe I suppose.
Growing "taller" is not a matter of what you eat, it’s primarily genetics, eating not enough veggies CAN stunt your grown, milk is only "good" nutritionally because of calcium, BUT calcium is in plenty of veggies, the darker the greener the better, eat plenty of dark veggies, make salads from them, eat nuts, legumes and other beans, Drink soy milk or almond milk that’s been fortified to have calcium and other nutrients, protein is the same way, soymilk has it, nuts and beans, even veggies, if you are ovo vegetarian, you can eat hardboiled eggs, rich in protein!
I don’t like milk either, but guess what? I got over it. I suggest you do the same.
my friends daughter was ovo-lacto vegetarian since birth she is now 18 and 5′10. Her mother is only 5′4 and her father is only 5′9 or 5′10. t.
Your height is entirely decided by your genetic makeup, unless you lived in an area of utter famine when you were young, which I doubt.
If you’re meant to be short, you’re meant to be short. Embrace it!

Height is based on genetics…nothing you can do will make you taller.
