my question what if you only use steriods for 1 cycle how bad can it affect you and how musch will it affect your muscle gains

@hassan3o7 Yeah i saw that, i was sure they had done a video on it but i guess i dreamt it or something hah.. Yeah im taking it right now, only been drinking it for two weeks though so cant really say anything about strength gains but it mixes great with water and tastes nothing. BUT the twins say go with a creatine “blend”, maybe i will after this is finished
@BNTott i dunno if a blend is best because all creatines do they same thing and these companies mess around with pure monohydrate creatine and theres no much research into blends but loads with mono also mono is the most effiective … but who knows tell me how this one works out for you, i will probably buy it after i bluk up more

@MrSonnyBricks Steroids aint never good, but people tend to use it inb4 the summer to look good than, and than stop working out. Than you’ll be back to normal. I would never ever use steroids, just because of the fucking side effects.
