Only the stuff you get on the internet is a scam really. You can get this perscribed if you know how. Plenty of videos about it i am sure. The first sign of a scam is if it is in any form other then injection. I would never touch a spray that is just silly.

At 21 your bones (epiphesis) is already fused. You can do x-rays to check but its highly unlikely that your bones are still open. Normally they close after coming into contact with sex hormones (testosterone and estrogen) after an individual hits puberty and at 21 you’re well past puberty. Getting GH now will most probably be a waste of your money.
