58 Year Old Bench Presses With 2 100 Pound Dumbbells
Here I am on October 29, 2008 the day before I turn 59 years old. In this video I am doing eight reps of two 100 pound dumbbells. It is now January 25, 2010. I discovered that my extra strength came mainly from some pro hormones I had been using at the time. Since I have decided not to continue on them in case there was bad side effects. As a result my strength went down significantly. I now can only do 90 pound dumbells at 8 repetitions which is still pretty good. If I start to take some totally natural products that boost testosterone my strenght should go up probably to around 95 pound for 8 repetitions.
